Custom-built in 2023, Beta may be built on a short wheelbase, but that doesn’t mean it’s short on function. Thanks to the flares installed on either side of the van, the two-panel bed sleeps side-to-side and allows for much more space to build in. With a full galley kitchen (complete with storage drawers, a roomy fridge, induction cooktop, and deep stainless steel sink), a cozy bench seat area, and a fully enclosed shower, this van packs a punch. Garage space is plentiful with room for gear and bikes, and there’s room on the exterior for two bikes in Owl Van’s bike carrier.
With 640Ah of lithium batteries, powering the aftermarket A/C, microwave, fridge, and lights off-grid is a cinch. The Espar Hydronic heating system makes hot water on demand and heats the cabin air, all while using minimal diesel fuel from the tank.
