Built in 2020, Mr. Blue Sky is a custom van created for a family of four that loves to get out into nature but also loves to play video games in their downtime. It includes a modular seating area with Lagun tables that transforms into a lower sleeping platform, beneath the upper sleeping platform, using the table tops. A TV is mounted to the wall, and a small overhead cabinet houses gaming consoles and features a small fan that regulates the temperature, plus USB and 110v outlets. With seating for four, this van is the perfect vehicle to get out for some quality family adventures.
Packed with a robust power system featuring dual 300Ah lithium batteries, a 90W solar panel, and a secondary alternator that directly charges the batteries while the van’s idle or in motion, there’s no problem using the TV, gaming consoles, the aftermarket rooftop air conditioner, microwave, lights, and outlets while off-grid. The Espar hydronic heating system provides hot water to the sink and rear shower, plus warm air to the cabin.
With factory 4×4, rugged Black Rhino Overland wheels, BFGoodrich tires, Agile’s RIP Kit, and side steps and rear Utility ladder by Outside Van, this van can take on rugged backroads.
